Hi, I've bought "Into the breach" from gog.com and updated today to version 1.0.16 (before that I had versions 1.0.10 and 1.0.14 installed). The game runs fine but I have absolutely no sound (all other games - including your FTL which I have also bought from gog.com - and applications run fine, there are no sound issues with any other program) the game consistently crashes (and creates a crash dump file in C: \ Users \ myusername \ AppData \ Local \ CrashDumps) whenever I quit. This happens since version 1.0.10 and can be reproduced. I tried to contact gog's support but they just gave me the usual response (udpate directx, update all drivers, etc.) which does not really help. My PC is up-to-date and I'm sure there are no issues on my side. Please let me know what additional information (directx output, crash dump files) you need to fix this and where to send / upload them. Please help.
